- Annual Wakulla County Rotary Club Valentine Celebration and Parade - The Saturday before Valentines day each February at Hudson Park in Crawfordville. Regional arts and crafts, public service and educational organizations. The annual 70 unit Valentine Parade brings together bands, floats and marching units from all over the county starting at 10 A.M. Admission is always free.

- Natural Bridge Reenactment -First weekend in March. A reenactment of the 1865 Civil War battle which defeated the Union takeover of Tallahassee. The only Confederate capital East of the Mississippi which did not fall into Union hands. Encampments open to the public. 850.922.6007

- Worm Grunting Festival - Annual Sopchoppy Worm Gruntin' Festival , a one-day outdoor event in the streets of historic downtown Sopchoppy, Florida.This annual event is held each April from 8:00 AM when the booths are open for business with the fun continuing until 11:00 PM when the dance ends. Throughout the day there will be a wide assortment of live music and other entertainment including games for children, the Wakulla County Horseshoe Championship . We will crown our Worm Monarch ! (It might be a King and/or a Queen this year.)
In the evening, celebrants of all ages and points of view will dance under the stars at the Worm Grunter's Ball with one (or both) hands waving free while their pets scramble about wondering what in the world is going on.

- Wakulla Wildlife Festival Celebrating Wakulla County's Natural Beauty Admission: Normal park admission fees allow access to all of the Festivals FREE activities.The $4.00 per vehicle Wakulla Springs State Park admission fee on includes access to Art on the Terrace, free presentations and exhibits, children's activities, a number of free tours, and the spectacular Birds of Prey and Reptile shows presented by Georgia Southern University.
